Before starting of a project construction schedules are prepared and strictly followed by the yard team. Labor, material, infrastructure, drawings and documents are prepared according to this construction schedules and this process is followed until the end of the project. Also the payments are organized according to this plans.

Quality control is applied on every stage of the production by the expert engineers and technical staff. Any problem is prevented and cured before it occurs. By this way any delay of the project is prevented from the beginning
